ATEM 2 M/E displaying alpha badly

Hi guys,

My team got an ATEM 2 M/E hoping to solve what we wanted out of our live production but the way graphics are displayed is making us want to return it. We want to know if this is how the ATEM displays alpha footage or if our switcher is defective. Here's the test we did: http://i.imgur.com/PsZilAO.jpg

When setting up a Luminance key with alpha channels, use the "Pre Multiplied" mode which automatically adjusts the settings. There is no setup in this mode. If you are using the Clip and Level controls to adjust your key, the output would look as you have shown.
