Tally doesn't work anymore (Atem + bmpc 4k)

so it seems as if our Tally's do not work anymore.
We are using a fiber cabel - I know a lot of people are going to say: Well yeah bc fiber is a one way street BUT it used to work. That's the strangest thing about it. We were already pretty sure that it used to work this way but to be sure we just checked it on a photo we took, we used the fiber cabel with the black magic pocket camera 4k and the atem mini extreme. On the picture you can clearly see the "on Air" shown on the Display.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue or can tell me how to fix it?
We went back a couple Sofware-Updates (6.9.) but that didn't fix it...
I hope there is someone out there, able to help me.
