PAL > HD SDI conversion with DeckLink Quad 2

Hello,
I need to simultaneously convert 4 PAL video streams to HD SDI. Can the DeckLink Quad 2 do that? It seems so from the doc, but I didn't managed to configure it correctly to do so.
Did anyone manage to do it?

The decklink cards only accept SDI signals. Is your PAL signal a composite PAL analogue signal, or a digital PAL resolution SDI signal?

What software? The IO cards lie dormant under the OS.
Be aware that under the best circumstances you’ll end up with a few frames of delay. Dedicated hardware is better for these applications.

Thank you for your answers. It is an analog signal, I guess I need the analog converters

if I good rememebr, ANALOG to SDI converter can do Upscale to HD .. So u not need decklink and PC then ..

Thanks Roman. We are already using Analog to SDI converters, the idea was to remove them as I have enough available inputs on the Decklink Quad 2

Tatuin : yes ... Decklink have SDI inputs .. So u cannot connect analog composite signal there ..
