Hello all, I have one of the first generation 10 input ATEM switchers and a 40 button router. I want to update the firmware on both and load software on my PC laptop so I can control them both.
Someone told me I cannot upload the latest firmware without going through a couple of steps first. i.e Different revision levels... Is this correct?
What software can I use to upgrade the panel software and the ATEM software?
What software do I load on my Laptop?
