ATEM 1 M/E Production Switcher USB 3.0 AUX

Hi all! I have two ATEM 1 M/E Production Switchers (probably from around 2014-2016). I downloaded the latest version of Atem Software Control, but I can't connect to any of them via USB 3.0 on my PC. I would also like to output a PGM signal to these USB 3.0 AUX, but in the Atem Software Control panel I only have 3 AUX outputs (SDI/HDMI). I couldn’t find the AUX to USB setting anywhere in Atem Software Control. Are there any possible reasons why I cannot connect to devices via USB and how can I implement sending an AUX signal to USB?

Hmm... Then why is it written USB AUX on the device body? And when adding inputs, vMix sees 1 m/e production switcher as a camera (I assume as an external UBS camera).


P.S. My Switchers is NOT 4K

P.P.S. Ok, I’m even more interested not in the AUX output itself, but in the reason why neither of the two ATEMs wants to connect to a PC with Win 10 via USB, although the connected device sees vMix and when the PC is connected, it plays the sound of the connected device via USB

The USB out is the same as AUX1.

It used to work with Media Express.

You may need old versions of Windows and Quicktime to make it work (as well as old BMD software).
