Black Magic Desktop Video not starting (Windows)

i have a Problem.
I installed to Decklink Duo on my PC.
I installed the drivers for the PCI Cards and i see them in the Listings of the Devicemanager.
BUT everytime i do start the Desktop Video Program i see it in the Task bar but i can´t get any Window to open.
I also has nothing to do with the Screen config, since i have only one Screen plugged to the PC.
Just like the Programm doesn´t boot.
