Formatting of ATEM Buttons

Good afternoon,

In search of an answer. Is there a way to program each ATEM Mini Pro button to have a certain set up of camera/picture input? Any answers are appreciated. Let me know if I can give more info.

U cant program ANY buttons on ATEM MINI series ..

There are hacks. You'll need 3rd party software.

Adam Tow makes MixEffect Pro.

There are very recent videos by Adam and also Photo Joseph demonstrating the workaround.

This is the article that I wrote a few weeks ago. You can only “reprogram” certain buttons and note that the original action will still occur. The technique works because you choose a button that you never really use, detect what the button does, perform your actions, and reset the state of the ATEM so you can press the button again.

You can use this technique with Companion and MixEffect or with Companion only. MixEffect provides certain feedback that you can use to detect additional triggers, but it is not necessary if the stock ATEM module in Companion has the same (or similar) triggers.

I think , much better is buy stream deck and use it ..
