Request: Proper changelogs please

It was nice to see that the "Time of Day" finally works on the Constellation in 9.2.1, but if I didn't randomly try it I would have missed it.
So, could we please get proper, detailed, Changelogs to firmware upgrades ?
Or even better, a proper, Public (or open for hardware owners), bug ticket system for reporting/tracking of issues ?

Agreed, and per product change logs, It's nice to know that 8.5.1 adds a bunch of features to the URSA G2, I want a list of all the changes to the URSA G2 since 7.9 (the last opertunity I had to update our fleet).
and for that matter, included in the 8.5.1 update is the 2.0.3 update for the fiber converter, what changes are there since 1.0? The 8.5.1 update that includes it wont tell me...
