The audio doesn't work but not everywhere.

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I'm writing about a problem that I can't seem to resolve. I am the manager of an evangelical church, until some time ago we did live broadcasts using the Yamaha mixer connected to an external Focusrite sound card connected to a Windows PC (I won't tell you about the cameras because they have always worked and still work well). About a month ago I purchased an atem mini pro, I connected the mixer directly to the mini pro with a mini jeck xlr cable. The audio reaches the mini pro regularly. The problem is that live videos on YouTube behave abnormally, on some mobile devices the audio is heard well, on others you hear noise and on others you can't hear it at all. On some mobile devices, not all, where the audio is not heard, if put in full screen, it is heard well. There is no problem on web TV and PCs. How is it possible? Is it possible that I have set the mini pro incorrectly? can you help me? Thank you.
