The Blackmagic Analog to Digital Mini Converter does not fea

I purchased this mini converter with the expectation of obtaining a 1080i resolution to connect to my mixer, the Television Studio HD8. However, I am only getting a 576i resolution. Can someone assist me in finding a solution to this issue?

I assume you are referring to the Analog to SDI mini converter. All this unit does is encode the incoming analog signal to digital format. Is your source 1080i? If your device *does* output 1080i - it needs to be through the component (three connector) interface. There are also different flavors of component video, set the DIP switches to match the type your device is outputting.
