Composite output in our Atem1 is out of order, any good advices how to manage this?

whether the cause can not be 4.2.1 system installed ?

Did it fail after a firmware update? The latest update to the ATEM was in December of last year and I haven't seen anything that would be a cause of the composite not working. I know our support staff is informed of any issues more than myself since people will call/email in.
