Hi all. I had an issue with a new ATEM extreme iso. I've had the HDMI one for ages but recently purchased the SDI version too. I was using this to record a speaker with a powerpoint using supersource. Set up as follows:
Ursa Broadcast G2 SDI into Ch1 of the ATEM. Laptop into Ch 2 via bidirectional converter. Smartview as multi view. Ssd plugged into usb c. There was nothing plugged into any of the other program outs. I stared recording on the atem, and after the intro, tried to enable super source but the switcher had completely frozen. Camera picture and powerpoint were normal in the previews, as was the super source preview but none of the buttons reacted at all. Also, the audio meters had frozen. I've never had this kind of issue with the HDMI version. Switcher is about 4 weeks old and is on version 8.8 of the software. Any ideas? Luckily I was recording on camera too but it's a pita to edit this when there's an easier way
