Re-opening old thread, but I have exactly the same issue.
All files have been extracted from the zip into a separate directory. There is no InstallerSupport.dat in either the zip file or in the copied directory. I have attempted this several times trying something slightly different each time, all with the same result. I notice that this time the installer file is a *.exe whereas previously they have been *.msi files. The last update I downloaded was 9.0.1 and that installed without drama.
