The B4 fits but will not go on my FuninonS16x6.7BRM-24 lens.
The center hole is not big enough around.
Do I have to machine it or is there an adapter that fits?

My T17x5BRM4 is similar but has a smaller mount.

T and S series lenses are 1/2" and 1/3", not really suitable for conversion to MFT like 2/3" A series lenses are

So, I will have to send my T&S lens back and exchange them for A.

So what are the T&S lens made to fit?

The 1/3" fit certain JVC camera's and some Panasonic camera's.
The 1/2" came in 2 types, one with hotshoe for Sony, used up until early "pro" HD XDcam
The other 1/2" had a normal 12 pin hirose cable and was used by JVC, Panasonic and Philips in the SD era.

But all of these are pretty much useless on Black magic cameras or other MFT sensor sized cameras.
B4 2/3" is what you want for that.

If I use a B4 to MFT adapter, will I loose f stops and low light ability?
The most attractive thing about the Fujinon lens is their fixed low f-stop.

Because the image circle of a 2/3" lens is too small you will need to use a x2 extender (or use an adapter which does this), this will cause a 2 stop loss of light. So it is not the best solution for low light.

The main advantage of these lenses are that they are made to be parfocal, so focus remains on the subject no matter what zoom you are at. The lenses are also high zoom ratio.

I believe Roger is trying to adapt these lenses for a G1 micro cam which is a little different because it’s a 1” sensor. There are a couple quality adapters (IBE, Abekus, MTF) that will only lose about a stop but they’re rare, expensive, and require PL mount. With the best of them I wouldn’t expect reasonable results until f3-4.0 with a modern B4 lens. With a budget optical adapter or a mechanical adapter the image might not sharpen up until f5.6+.

Good Luck

Very interesting.

What if I machine out the B4 adapter to fit my S16x5.7BRM-24?
It is a f1.4 6.7-107mm lens.
Will the lens be able to focus?
What will happen to the f-stop
Switching camera to "Shooting without lens" mode essential?

1/2" has different flange distance from 2/3" lens, so no if you only modify the locating pin to be bigger that is not a solution because it will not focus.

I have used a H9 IAS canon lens with BMPCC4K (with 1/2" to MFT adapter that is very hard to find) and I needed to engage the doubler just to cover HD sensor crop. Because the adapter is not corrective and the lens is old the results were very poor.

I have my Fujinon lens and adapter boxed and ready to ship back to eBay sellers.
Cool looking lens but I do not need something to look at and not use.

Roger, in case you want to use 2/3" lenses I have those adapters for m4/3 cameras:

I gave up on the Fujinon lens and will try a 0.71x focal reducer for my Nikkor 12-24 to use with my Black Magic Cameras.
We recently hosted a group at the Church that took up the entire stage and I had to switch between cameras to get everyone in the LiveStream.
