HyperDeck Studio 4K Pro - problem H265

The problem - first frame is half diced compressed in h265 format. 2160p50

Tried on 4 different Hyperdecks and always the same problem.

Some solution?

I purchased it using the H265 codec, it seems unusable.

I have not seen these issues on our H265 recordings.

Which settings did you use in the hyperdeck?
Which software are you editing on and what codec is it using there?

- settings photographed - The record has 100mbit bitrate
- Imported in Adobe Premiere for Davichni and the same problem on source media
