Has anyone ever seen this issue? The Layer shows up underneath the foreground on my Ultimatte 12 HD instead of being ontop like a downstream keyer. I reached out to support and I am posting here in hopes of a faster response.
I am using an Ultimatte 12 HD for a simple Green Screen Weather demonstration at a University. I have the Camera's SDI connected to Foreground and the Background weather graphic is saved in the Media Pool. This part is working great. Now, I also have a Lower 3rd graphic (TGA with transparency) loaded in the media pool as the layer. When I turn the layer on, the lower third graphic appears BEHIND the talent on the green screen. The lower third layer still keys fine (i.e. I can still see the weather background behind it) but it is really strange to see the talent ontop of their own lower third. I've explored all the menus but I don't see any settings that would explain this behavior. All the marketing materials and photos clearly show the layer ontop of everything.
Any ideas how to fix this and get the layer back ontop of everything?
