I am setting network in the ATEM 1 m/e PS 4K. But Network settings do not apply after restart device. I have tried to downgrade firmware, but it didn't help anyway. I also try to connect ATEM to pc in local and to switch, but anyway pc doesn't see ATEM throw network. We have 2 devices with the same issue. Other ones work fine.

Once you've setup the ATEM select Save Startup State from the ATEM software control menu.

I am not stupid. I do that but it can't connect to network. We are using many Blackmagic devices in our company. Why you don't have technical support? What does it mean "You have to using DaVinci for support"? We have now Atem m/e 4 k with the same problem:
