Hi all!
I decided to update my Atem Constellation 8K to firmware 9.3.3 and encountered a problem that my Videohub Smart Control stopped connecting to ATEM and switching outputs, which is very important for me. I have many different Smart Controls from Blackmagic and none of them connect.

I was able to connect once, after Hard Reset ATEM. After rebooting, the problem occurs again.

You may have to downgrade to previous version. (Simply install it)

I am interested in what this new version has in it for ATEM mini Pro?

Yes, I can downgrade, but there is a major update for Constellation. And I want to use audio mapping in Consteallation 8K

Uhh .. So Smart Control need update FW too ..

This problem not only occurs in the Videohub Control software version, but also fails to connect on the panel. Because there are a lot of panel hardware in my working environment, I also want to have the new features of 9.3.3. I hope that subsequent versions can fix this problem.

Im update ATEM to 9.4 version but problem still not solved.... So, I need to install previous version of ATEM Software and lose all new features. What about Blackmagic Support? When working version is appear?

Only problems so I had to downgrade.

V9.4 is out.
