Direct Querry to BMD Technical Support?

Hi, does anyone know how I can directly contact BMD technical support. I have a feeling some of my queries are probably too technical for the forum members and so do not get as much support as I would need. I currently need urgent help to resolve one of my input problems on decklink quad as I a have a major recording event pending. Someone please help.
