We've been using the ATEM Mini Pro for over a month and we have lost parts of our recordings several times but not all the time. The multiscreen and ATEM board both show that recording didn't stop but our recordings just cut out with no indication. We have lost as little as 15 minutes or as much as over an hour of our recordings.

I have noticed when I click stop for the recording the recording light doesn't turn off. We have left it alone to see if it will stop on its own and it doesn't.

We thought it was a problem with our ATEM software being out of date but we downloaded the most recent software and were still having the issue. We also tried using the ATEM Software Controls and had the same issue.

What drive are you using? Did you check the recommended list of USB C drives?

I am using the Samsung Portable SSD T7 1TB.

Those Samsung drives aren't good for video recording. The sustained write speed of them is low.

Does the cause the video to randomly stop recording? The quality of the videos we have recorded are excellent.
