ATEM HD8 ISO freezes and stops responding

ATEM HD8 ISO, firmware version 9.0.2, ATEM SOFTWARE CONTROL software version 9.4, the built-in hard drive is the official factory configured 2TB hard drive.
I've encountered it twice. During normal use, it freezes and stops responding. There is no response when pressing the switch button, and the recording cannot be stopped.
The first time I recorded all cameras, I only used the switching and recording functions. Then I suddenly pressed any ATEM HD8 ISO button but nothing happened. The picture was still there, and the ATEM SOFTWARE CONTROL software connected to the computer via USB also had no response. The recording button cannot be stopped, it can only be powered off and restarted. After restarting, I forgot to press the record button.
The second time, I thought that multi-channel recording would cause insufficient system resources and cause a crash. This time I only recorded PGM. At the end of the activity, I suddenly found that the camera position and switching keys stopped responding again. The recording key could not be stopped. Pressing the macro keyboard failed. Response, the keyboard light does not respond when pressing the camera button, the switch button does not respond, the fader does not respond, the audio panel above the camera button is changing, the ATEM SOFTWARE CONTROL software connected to the computer via USB can be clicked, and then use the software point to stop recording Can't order either. After the event, you can only cut off the power and detect the recorded PGM. When it stopped responding, it was still generating the video normally. The files generated before the power was forced off cannot be opened normally.
This makes me afraid to use this ATEM HD8 ISO. I originally had ATEM MINI EXTREME ISO and used an external hard drive to record. I asked the regional after-sales service and they said they suggested that I use an external hard drive to record, record single channel, or not use the recording function. I bought it. ATEM HD8 ISO is for multi-channel recording to prevent problems with the camera position. There is a backup for what is recorded here in ATEM HD8 ISO. So what can I do with it now? I still don`t know why this situation happens.. Did you get a solution?
My reseller changed My hd8 iso to new one But same situation Happens

Sometimes it freezes all the buttons(but video input and output works fine) or dial knob(fader) changes the value itself

I've experienced some of these bugs lately.
What happened to me a few months ago is that we lost network control from the app on Mac and in the PGM and multiview outputs white particles (like fried) began to appear that were increasing until they covered a good part of the screen. Obviously we couldn't continue the broadcast.
Last week we were preparing another event and after a few hours I detected the same thing (random particles all over the screen). This alerted me again, and I also discovered that I was losing control of the panel indicators: the buttons respond and change the video sources but the tally pilots don't respond and I lose the GPI/Tally network connection but not the remote on Mac (all in DCHP).
I also tried it with static IPs but I don't remember exactly if it also happened or not (live broadcasts).
Another thing that surprised me was that when I connected a blackmagic SDI audio deembedder to one of the rear inputs (to take the audio from a camera directly), I noticed a strong current leak when touching both BNCs with my hand (like when there is no gnd socket). When I removed it from the middle, the GPI tally responded again.
Mine is ATEM HD8 (but not ISO version), and firmware v.9.0.2
