Hallo,
we are using Constellation 8K and ATEM Talkback Converter 4K with 3 Ursa BG2 connected via optical fibers, the cameramen can hear the director, but the director no longer hears the cameramen. It appears that the headset microphones are not active!?
Please help

As the Constellation is a Talkback converter by itself, there is no connectivity between it and the Talkback Converter 4K. You can use one or the other, but not both. If using the Talkback Converter 4K, the headset
and microphone is directly connected to the unit.

Hi Gary,
We use the Director headset and microphone directly connected to the front connectors of the Talkback Converter 4K.
The strange thing is that the cameramen can hear the Director, but he can't hear the cameramen's microphones anymore.
Before the latest update of the UBG2 and Constellation 8K everything worked fine.
Something must have changed but we don't understand what!?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I hate to ask but are the microphones
Turned on? Do the camera operators hear themselves in the sidetone?
If you have one of our Audio Monitors or Smartscope DUO you could see if talkback audio is present on channels 15/16.

Hi Gary,
I thank you for the support.
These days I'm busy with a big show, but as soon as I can I'll post some pictures of the wiring of our cams talkback mic/headphones.
I'm sure that with the last update something has changed like polarity or impedance or something else.
I say this because before everything worked wonderfully but now it doesn't anymore.
