I recently purchased an ATEM Mini Pro ISO, and I've run into an issue in which the Cut and Auto buttons on the keyboard appear to be non-functional. Everything works fine in the software on my laptop, but not on the physical keyboard.

I'm on a Macbook Pro running Sonoma 14.4.1. My ATEM is connected to my LAN through an RJ45 cable plugged into my router.

All other functions on the keyboard seem to be working fine.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Are you running in "Cut Bus" or "Program Preview" mode?

If u are in cutbus mode, then cut and auto buttons switch between this modes .. push auto .. it goes red ..and afger that switch inputs 1-4 .. it will switch with transitions..
