ATEM Mini Extreme and Phantom Mic

Hello All,
I just purchased the ATEM Mini Extreme and have a Logitech Blue Sona (48 power Phantom Mic ) hooked up to an Arturia Minifuse (audio interface) .
My issue is I know the ATEM Mini Extreme doesn’t have enough power for a phantom powered mic.
And since I’m using the same computer for both the audio interface and the gameplay, I am worried that they will overpower each other since I can’t control each separately like in OBS.
