Hi there,
I'm using the BM videohub smart control panel pro with the ATEM M/E 4 Constellation HD and have recently been having connectivity issue between the control panel and the atem. Occasionally, when we switch on all devices in the morning, we struggle to get connection via the hardware panel set up software, although the device can be seen on the network (when selecting the identify button). Other mornings, everything connects as usual. We are using an apple macbook pro 13 inch 2019 model with a usb c to ethernet network adapter, hardware panel set up software running version 7.0.4, a 16x16 BM multiview and elgato streamdeck also on the network, and a netgear prosafe 8 port gigabit GS108 switch.
Another thing I wanted to query was this:
The configure address options are greyed out and are frozen on "using DHCP" protocol when connected to the network via ethernet cat 5e ethernet cable, unless configuring via connecting a USB-C cable, then there is control of this feature.
One thing of note - on the front of the panel, the macro buttons (green) remain green but none highlighted (showing the selected button). When pressing another button, there is no change and the button stays unselected.
Any information would be much appreciated.
