Multiview Mirroring on Monitor

I am using the BlackMagic Bidirectional SDI/HDMI converter to convert SDI to HDMI and HDMI to SDI. The SDI to HDMI conversion is being used for sending Multiview from our BlackMagic ATEM SDI Extreme ISO switcher to our monitor. The HDMI to SDI we are using to receive media from ProPresenter software, which is running on a Mac Studio, into our Switcher. The Multiview is successfully displayed on the monitor and is showing all our camera inputs on the screen, but the media from our ProPresenter software is not showing. What is showing instead in the box we have assigned to ProPresenter is the entire 10 box Multiview layout (see image below).



Below is how I have the devices connected through our converters. The Input and Output labels in the image are connected to the Switcher via SDI cable.

Have you tried a power cycle? If you connected the hdmi signal from pro presenter last, the converter may have already sent the sdi signal to the sdi output as well as to the hdmi output.

Is the ProPresenter output within range of the converter? I don’t think the bidi converter does RGB. What happens if you disconnect the multiview IO entirely, do you see the PP signal?

I did some additional troubleshooting today and found that the problem was coming from the Mac Studio PC that is sending ProPresenter. The converter was not receiving any input at all from ProPresenter and so Multiview was looping to not only to the HDMI Out going to the monitor, but also to the SDI Out port which connected to the HDMI Input #4 on the Switcher.

Just in case anyone else experiences this issue, I followed the instructions on the page below. However, for the Audience screen, I choose "Blackmagic" as the Output.
