Microsoft Teams direct stream Atem Mini
Posted: Tue Jun 04, 2024 7:41 amMicrosoft Teams for Live Events generates a new RTMP key and a URL. Please correct me if I'm wrong in any of these steps
0) The ATEM Mini is connected to an Ethernet cable.
1) As the RTMP URL changes it has to be manually be changed in the Streaming.XML file
2) After setting the file the stream can be selected in Software Control and the RTMP key can be added.
I'm setting up instructions for frequent live events where our administrator sets up the live events in Teams and our marketing hosts the events.
Are this steps correct?
Both are not tech savvy perse so the 1) is almost a show stopper. I cannot expect them to reliably update an XML file. If i'm right how do others handle such events?
