Extreme Iso HDMI output to distribution amp issues

I am a legal videographer, and I'm attempting to use the Extreme Iso in my Picture N Picture set up. I use a distribution amp to feed 3 to 4 monitors an a conference room table, and it seems as though the Extreme Iso doesn't want to work with the distribution amp. I've test the amp with other inputs and it works fine , and I've test the extreme iso output going straight to monitors and it worked fine. Is this a known issue, a purposeful limitation, or defect I need to get fixed?
