Hyperdeck Record not changing to 2nd SSD

We are having a problem with a Hyperdeck Studio (First time this unit has been used out of the box).

When recording, the record button flashes, and the recording halts at 1min45, and doesn't change over to the 2nd SSD. Pressing stop and then record again fixes the problem.

I know that the flashing light indicates dropped frames on the record SSD. I've run the BM disk speed test on the SSD (Kingston Hyperdeck 240GB, from the recommended list), and it's fine. We are using DNxHD MXF, so write speed shouldn't be a problem.

This has happened twice, both times using the same SSD. Does anyone have any ideas?

Did you reformat the drive?
Switch the drive to the other slot and see if it runs correctly.
Change to another SSD drive and see if that fixes it.
Change the compression on the hyper deck and see if that helps.

I've tried with another set of SSDs that work fine in another hyper deck. Same problem. So I'm pretty sure that its not the SSDs.

If you've tested another set of SSD's that work fine on another Hyperdeck then you need to contact BM tech support in your area
