Can we automatically switch Color Bars signal on Videohub

Hello Experts.

I am new to this forum and my quick question is:
My 24/7 recording system requires continuous signal routed via Videohub 80x80.
The signals I am getting are live signals and it will break when there is no live events. My recording system will error saying "Source Signal Lost" and loosing the signals produce bug to my recording system and sometimes doesn't function properly.
What I am trying to achieve is, I have a Color Bar signal generator and I want to input that signal as a reference in Videohub 80x80. So that, whenever the live signals are cut off, I want the video hub to automatically switch to color bars instead of outputs getting "Source Signal Lost".
Is this somehow possible?

yes but you need a way to insert the remote feed into a character generator/OBS instance/etc before it goes into the videohub.
