As I understand, the MacMini M2 Pro supports 3 displays natively. One on the HDMI, and two USB-C external (or USB-C > HDMI adapted.)
If I mount the MacMini in a Sonnett xMac Mini Server and install a Decklink Duo 2, am I ADDING up to 4 SDI video in/out channels that ProPresenter can use while preserving the ability to have 3 external desktop displays?
I'm envisioning:
2 Operator Displays (Mac Desktop), one for ProPresenter and one for whatever.
1 Operator Reference (ProPresenter SDI Output)
1 Projector (ProPresenter SDI Output)
1 Confidence Display Feed (ProPresenter SDI Output)
Which leaves me with the option of one additional desktop extended display and a spare SDI input for a single camera, whereby the only GPU power needed is for the native desktops.
Does that sound right?
