Live streaming overlays

First of all, hello to everyone and I apologize if this question has already been answered here, but I couldn't find what I was looking for.
What I would like to do is send an overlay for a sporting event from a computer (Mac mini M1) back to the ATEM via Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Monitor.
There the ATEM should overlay the returned signal from the Mac over the other signals.
The idea behind this is that the ATEM records everything thanks to ISO, which means that I end up with clean ISO files that I can edit (and not with problems such as internet and degradation of quality due to the livestream site). The live stream would then go out via Blackmagic Design Web Presenter.
Question 1
are my considerations correct from a purely technical point of view?
Question 2
Which software would be recommended for this? I read a lot about ProPresenter on the Internet, but can't find anything related to sports (American football in particular).
Question 3
is there a better/cheaper/smarter way?
