No Switcher Connected

The ATEM software Control is giving a "No Switcher Connected" message each time I try to open the software. My ATEM Mini Extreme ISO is indeed connected with both Ethernet and USC-C. The ATEM Setup software recognizes the ATEM. My other switcher, ATEM Mini Pro ISO, is recognized by both programs. I had hoped to resolve the issue by resetting and updating to 9.5.1, but that didn't help. Any ideas on how to fix this problem. FYI, I'm using a windows computer and have had no issues like this before with it. Thanks for the help.

It never connects or it does after some time?
You can enter ATEMs IP manually if it’s on your network…

It never connects. The ATEM Setup program recognizes the IP address using DHCP.
