Software Control Save

I recently upgraded my switcher to a ATEM Television Studio 5K8. Everything is working fine except the ATEM Software Control is not saving my setup concerning Downstream Keys, Media and Fade to Black settings. I go to the software and save it every time that I use it but it does not save it. It is frustrating to have to reset every thing every time that I use it.

Any advise appreciated.
