Blackmagic Micro Studio 4K G2 not connecting to computer.

I have downloaded the Blackmagic Camera Setup to connect the Micro Studio 4K G2 (MS4KG2). It will not connect. When I hit the +, bottom left, it pops up an IP Address. MS4KG2 IP Address is 0.0.0.0 yet nothing happens.
I have tried to research IP Address for the MS4KG2 with no luck. I did see the ATEM has default IP Addresses...
Side note. I bought the Blackmagic 7" HDR Video Assist to work with the MS4KG2. I wish the video assist would take the Blackmagic RAW from the MS4KG2. I also want the video assist to override the MS4KG2 menu and act like an ATEM. My fat little sausage fingers have such difficulty with those buttons on the side and I am in an environment that is constantly changing and need to access features quicker.
