problem with Audio on Mic inputs

I have an atem mini extreme and there is a strange issue on Mic input.
I recieve my ceremony stereo Audio on 3.5mm jack and its very clean on headphone via atem headphone output.
the first problem is on recording. when I record, the audio is not recording and the output has no sound!!
the second problem is on the live production. I use OBS and recieve the output via usb-c output. there is no problem here, Video and Audio are just fine. but when I go live on instagram, there is no sound and when I go live on other stream server, the audio has noise. to solve the problem, I connect the audio to the laptop directly and the audio problem with instagram and the other is solved.
I don't know if these two issues are related or not. I hope you could help me.
