Workflow Advise - Atem MiniPro ISO

we have the need to create some live recording of sign language translation.
please advise if the Atem Mini Pro ISO can be used for:
1. input HDMI source on HDMI 1
2. Input HDMI source on HDMI 2
3. create an oval shape, placed on the bottom left side, where i will see Input 2 on top on Input 1
4. output a Program HDMI with the oval shaped burned to the picture.
see screen shot attached - imagine the green screen is actually HDMI 1 video source. (i cant publish the actual content)
