Output 1 stopped working

Output 1 stopped working on ATEM Mini Extreme ISO. Tried to reset by powering on with with MIC 1 ON pressed and then open ATEM Setup to upgrade to no avail. Tried multiple cables and TVs but all the same. Appreciate support.

You should contact the nearest Blackmagic regional office. This would likely be a hardware failure.
