SmartView 12G No ATEM Input Signal on Power-up

We have 2 x Smartview 12G monitors in our broadcast suite and since performing a software upgrade the monitors on initial power-up now do not show the multi-view output from our ATEM. The monitors however do see a 1080p input as shown in the top right corner. I now have to power cycle the monitors via unplugging the IEC connection and when they power back on the multi-view ATEM output displays correctly. Anybody else have this issue and know of a fix as it is impracticable to go to the rear of the racks every time on power up? Thanks

Since posting and speaking with BM Tech Support SmartView 5.0 Update has been released which seems to have fixed the issue.
