SmartView 12G No ATEM Input Signal on Power-up
Posted: Sun Aug 04, 2024 10:02 amWe have 2 x Smartview 12G monitors in our broadcast suite and since performing a software upgrade the monitors on initial power-up now do not show the multi-view output from our ATEM. The monitors however do see a 1080p input as shown in the top right corner. I now have to power cycle the monitors via unplugging the IEC connection and when they power back on the multi-view ATEM output displays correctly. Anybody else have this issue and know of a fix as it is impracticable to go to the rear of the racks every time on power up? Thanks
