Dear all,
I have a problem with one of our brand new Atem SDI Pro ISO's. After getting it out of the box, installing it and doing some test, all was well.
However: after some time I saw that all SDI inputs are not working anymore. We don't get any preview on multiviewer, and if we switch to a specific input, preview and program stay black also. We are 100% sure that the signal coming in is a valid SDI signal (we've connected it to the same monitor we use to view the BM Multiview).
All output SDI's are fine, the multiviewer is showing and when we switch to a still or a color-generated picture, the output shows just that.
So, all is well, except for the 4 SDI inputs.
I re-installed the ATEM software, but that didn't help.
Does anyone has any idea?
