Atem Extreme - slow motion/laggy HDMI out

I have an issue with the Atem Extreme when streaming with a laptop and the OBS.
The problem is slow motion or laggy signal at the Atem’s HDMI1 and HDMI2 out.
In the case of connecting a cam to a laptop with the Elgato capture card only (without the Atem), the quality of videos is good.
I stream to YouTube with 1080p50/60 from an office with 30 Mbps upload via Ethernet or WiFi.
Maybe I have tried too many of settings, but it all comes to the conclusion: when the Atem is connected to the OBS laptop, the videos out are laggy.
When I connect cameras directly to a laptop via a capture card the signal is good.
Does anybody can find a solution?
