HDMI TO MONITOR NOT DISPLAYING

Hey Guys,

I recently got an Atem Mini Pro and while all seemed good at the beginning, right now I cannot get it to display on my monitors and that is officially a problem. Tried changing the HDMI cables, the monitors, and all to no avail even though they all work perfectly well connected to my laptop.

Please does anybody have an idea of what I can do to resolve this?

I'm not sure, but please remind that ATEM Mini Pro only outputs 1080p.

I think that your monitor support this resolution, but it worth checking out.

Maybe trying a software reset, at the end consider an hardware failure.

Stupid question, but what is selected as Video Out (right-hand buttons)? Is FTB illuminated?

Are you by chance going out of your ATEM into a HDMI splitter? I just found a brand of 1x2 splitter that would not see my ATEM, but luckily enough had another brand on the shelf that did work as needed.

Software reset might help, Unplug your ATEM, plug it back in while holding the upper right hand button on the ATEM (Mic 1 on) you will hear the fan start racing, and the light will blink, wait about 10 seconds, I don't know if that is needed, but at least you feel like you are waiting for something amazing to happen. Unplug the ATEM and plug it back in normally. There you go you have reset your ATEM.

However the screen is not displaying anything at all... As in all black. On fiddling with the cable a lil bit, the screen goes all red...

Many thanks... FTB is not illuminated... Tried all of them... This is Monitor is not displaying at all. And when it does, screen is all red...

Yeah it does support 1080P. Will try a software reset. However it will hurt if it is a hardware issue.
