Setup Church Streaming with iPhone for Facebook

I am new to streaming and Facebook. We have an Atem Mini Pro ISO set up with a HDMI PTZ camera with controller to stream church services. You could say that we are late to the party but we have a small country church. In any case, We got everything working correctly streaming with our equipment to Facebook using a MacBook Pro to set it up and get going. However, I do not want to commit my personal laptop permanently to the church for sessions setups and would like to use an iPhone to do the facebook setup, yet still stream with the Atem and remote camera already in the church. When we tried using the iPhone for the stream scheduling it always defaults to the camera on the iPhone and is ready to go live from the camera. Obviously, this is not what we want. We disabled the camera on the phone but it keeps asking permission to use the camera. Not figuring this out.
So the plan is to come to church and use the iPhone to schedule the streaming for Facebookusing the already existing Atem Mini Pro ISO and PTZ camera already installed with persisting key for streaming, and not use my laptop. Any thoughts?

After researching my own question for some time, I found that it is possible to set up a Facebook streaming session on an iPhone for a location with a permanently mounted camera and an ATEM setup. You just cannot do it in the Facebook app. You need to log into the facebook.com site directly with the safari browser, then tap the "Aa" on the address bar, a menu will popup, select "Request Desktop Website". Then you will have the options necessary to set up set up streaming with the ATEM. I have iOS 17 on my phone and was able to do it. My friend had iOS 15 and was not able to get it to work. Of course, it always works fine if you want to use a laptop of desktop computer.

Does the church use a computer for showing lyrics and other content during the service?

Could you do the setup from that?

Actually, we project lyrics on to a white space close to the Altar. But we use Onsong on an iPad, to Apple TV> to Epson projector for that. We do not plan to broadcast lyrics at this time. We are trying to keep things very simple. All the people in attendance can easily see the lyrics as we show them on both the right side and the left sides.

I use two small Dell refurb desktops at church for Services and Bible Study with ATEM minis in different rooms.
Mine have I7 and SSD with wired connections to the Router. Very clean, cheap, and fast computers.
