Livestream W/ATEM Mini and Old equipment

Hi,
I work for a public school and have been tasked with live-streaming events for the school. I have some really old gear that I am using bubblegum and duct tape to get working. I need to run component video out of a deck into an ATEM Mini Pro ISO. Does anyone have a solution that might get me by?
I have tried running the component (Y, B-Y, R-Y) into a BM Analog to SDI converter to BM SDI to HDMI converter. I don't seem to be getting anything coming through. Am I being too complicated?
-Thanks

The mini doesn’t accept SD signals. Unless your gear is from that brief moment in time where analog HD was actually a thing, this is likely your issue.

Good Luck

Use an upscaler such as a decimator md hx

'Optimistic' is probably the word I'd use there.

Get rid of that gear. It's just too old.

How did you come to get an ATEM ISO?
Can you return it and get the cheaper ATEM mini Pro with HDMI inputs/outputs?

I have a Black Magic micro camera V1 you can have for shipping cost.
The SDI connector broke off but everything works fine except camera control thru HDMI.
