Can ping ATEM Production Studio 4K but can't connect
Posted: Tue Aug 27, 2024 7:32 amHi, I have connect a network cable RJ45 within ATEM Production Studio 4K and PC. But in PC I can ping 192.168.10.240 but open the ATEM Software said "Not connection", any idea?
Other things, is the control port (RJ45) have green / yellow light? I only in the PC have light show.
Here is my settings.
ATEM Production Studio 4K
IP: 192.168.10.240
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.10.1
PC
IP: 192.168.10.100
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.10.1
