In the attached image our orange buttons that control menu, hyper deck selection, etc have stopped responding. they still light up shown in the photo but when clicked they dont respond or do anything. All the other buttons on the board work perfectly fine for switching scenes. any solutions you may have might be helpful. We already tried POWER CYCLING, UPDATES, and restore a previous save state.
