ATEM Mini upgrade issue

I have a Atem mini SDI extreme iso in 9.5.1
after installation of 9.6.1
Atem setup do not ask to upgrade to 9.6.1.
I try with usb-c cable to force a upgrade vi debug process(on key at start).
It ask to upgrade, making the upgrade but stay in 9.5.1.
what I have missing ?
