Ursa Mini pro 4.6 G2 and Hollyland Lark Max issues

I just got my 1st wireless mic, coming out the Holyland receiver TRS and into XLR input on mini ursa. camera switch to mic works but sounds very bad now that i am amping the signal 2x. Switching to line level i get no signal :/ ???? I tested out with me audio studio mic to cam xlr sounds fine, i tested out balanced line level out my audio interface and into ursa and recorded it sounds fine... Why cant I get good sound or any sound from Holyland?? I monitored out Holyland and sounds great, when routing the signal from hollyland then monitoring from the mic switched on with headphones out the ursa sounds very bad. please help!!!!!
