Atem Mini Pro PIP stay on with transitions not working
Posted: Mon Sep 09, 2024 4:41 amPrior to the 9.5.1 update, the PIP and DSK would stay on as I switched between sources on the ATEM (I'm using a head shot and lower third). After the update if I switch sources from the ATEM the PIP always switches off.
This happens regardless of if Picture in Picture Keyer is set to Drop with Transition or Stay on with transition. If it is set to stay on with transition, then the PIP and lower third will come back on if I press the source button on the Atem a second time. It stays off if Drop with Transition is selected.
In the software control, clicking a program button works as expected, and PIP stays on, it's only broken when changing sources from the ATEM
Is there a way to keep these on? I really want to do my streams and recordings just using the ATEM Mini Pro without the Software Control, and it worked OK with the older firmware. Alternatively is it possible to rollback to the previous version of firmware?
